The National Social Security Institute (NSSI) successfully completed the procedure for selecting a contractor for implementation of the project “Improving the Professional Competences of NSSI’s Front-desk Operators to Provide Equal Access for People with Disabilities.”

The project is financed by the Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity” and co-financed by EU through the European Social Fund, according to Contract №14-22-14/12.09.2014.

On March 16th 2015 the contract between NSSI and the successful candidate – “Programmes & Projects Management Institute” LTD was signed.

By mid of July 2015 the contractor will conduct 30 trainings on professional competences of staff of the Institute for provision of equal access for people with disabilities, which will involve a total of 300 employees from the Contact Center of the Institute and the front-desk operators in all local offices in the country.

The trainings will contribute to the development of their professional competences and will improve their communication skills for helping citizens with special needs.
